CHIEF SALES OFFICER (CSO) - Lead the commercial engine of a growing digital transport company

You will lead and develop both our sales team and customer service department, ensuring alignment, efficiency and commercial growth. YOUR ROLE
As CSO, you become a key member of the executive team, responsible for all commercial activities. Your direct reports include:
2 Commercial roles
2 Team Managers in customer service (B2B and B2C)
A total of approx. 25 FTEs in sales & customer service
Your main responsibilities:
Lead, develop and structure the commercial organisation (sales + customer service)
Implement data-driven processes, playbooks and KPIs across functions
Define and execute sales strategies with focus on both enterprise and mid-market
Build a proactive, value-adding customer service culture
Recruit and onboard new commercial talent
Act as sparring partner to the CEO on business development and pricing strategy

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a strong leader with experience from similar commercial roles in tech or logistics. Ideally, you:
Have solid leadership experience within sales and/or customer service
Know how to create structure, drive performance and lead change
Are used to working with data, process improvement and commercial KPIs
Understand solution selling and long customer decision cycles
Bring strong stakeholder management skills and can drive alignment in complex setups
Have a mindset of a "player-coach" and thrive in both strategic and operational tasks
Can challenge status quo constructively and drive change with empathy
Experience from B2B, logistics or tech-driven businesses is a clear advantage.
