European Sales Representative - Nimbus Nordic A/S
Build Relationships and Drive Growth Across Europe – as our next European Sales Representative!
Nimbus® is on an exciting growth journey, and to further strengthen their presence across European markets, they are looking for an ambitious and results-driven European Sales Representative.
In this role, you will become part of a dedicated international sales team, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and commercial drive are key success factors. You will work closely with an existing colleague in a similar role and play a central part in expanding Nimbus®’ footprint across Europe.
Through close cooperation with their distributor network, you will be a key driver in developing strong partnerships, unlocking new sales opportunities, and ensuring that Nimbus®’ Premium Corporate Fashion collections reach both new and existing partners.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As Regional Export Sales Manager, you will have commercial responsibility for selected European markets, with a strong focus on relationship-building and sustainable growth.
Your key responsibilities include:
Executing sales and growth initiatives across assigned European markets
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with distributors across countries and regions
Planning and executing sales activities related to the launch of two annual collections (January and August)
Conducting customer visits to present collections, develop targeted growth plans, and follow up on performance
Working closely with sales management, customer service, and marketing to ensure optimal market handling and customer experience
Providing ongoing distributor support through textile expertise, product knowledge, sales tools, and updates
Feeding market insights and customer feedback back to the Product & Design team to strengthen future collections
Your Profile
We imagine that you can recognise yourself in the following:
3–5 years of experience in export sales or a similar international sales role, preferably within textiles, fashion, or lifestyle
Solid experience with B2B2B sales through distributors or partners
Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships
A proactive, structured, and self-driven approach to sales and problem-solving
Comfortable with extensive travel activity
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional European languages are a plus)
Experience with B2B sales in Eastern and Southern Europe is a strong advantage, as these regions will be your primary focus

Own offices in China and Bangladesh, supporting quality control and supplier collaboration
Seasonal travel activity, estimated at 70–80 days per year once markets are fully developed
Headquarters in Herlev, Denmark, but you can live in your district
A Fast and Hands-On Onboarding
You will go through a focused and practical onboarding process, giving you rapid insight into collections, processes, and key stakeholders. The goal is for you to quickly become fully equipped to take ownership of your markets and start delivering results.
